Lauren GeRoy, Managing Broker
Lauren is a lifelong resident of the Pacific Northwest. Raised in Woodinville, she spent most of her childhood riding horses and playing on her family's own "mini-farm". Though a country girl from the start, Lauren has called the city home for over 20 years and is a proud graduate of the University of Washington.
Lauren knows the greater Seattle area like the back of her hand and has a deep appreciation for the character and charm each neighborhood possesses. Whether you're looking to lay down urban roots or expand out into the country, Lauren has the local expertise to help you find the right fit. Currently a resident of Edmonds, you can find her spending time with her husband and daughter, traveling to sunny locations, and playing with the family dog, Roman.
EXPERIENCE
Lauren has a wealth of experience as a Broker, having worked in the greater Puget Sound market since 2004. She has experienced many different types of transactions in both a booming and a slow real estate market. She has a proven track record of successfully navigating multiple offers and has a concrete grasp on the best ways to market a home for sale. She even has vast experience in the world of foreclosures. Whatever market you may be facing, Lauren has the skills and experience necessary to guide you through it.
Lauren obtained her Managing Broker’s license in 2018. This experience gave her an edge on her competition, learning and understanding the business inside and out. Lauren prides herself on her attention to detail, negotiation skills, and vast contract knowledge, and is a thorough communicator. Her main objective is to treat each client as though they are her only client, making sure their best interests are always the number one priority. With Lauren, you always have a friend in the business!
Sarah Ashby
Sarah is a phenomenal assistant making sure all contract deadlines are met and all paperwork is accounted for. She manages the behind-the-scenes of every transaction to ensure things happen smoothly for buyers and sellers. Originally from Vermont, Sarah always had a gut feeling that she was meant for Seattle, so after obtaining a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Photography from MassArt in 2016, she packed up her car to head west and immediately fell in love with every aspect of the PNW. When she's not working, Sarah loves to try out new restaurants, bake something sweet in the kitchen, or explore in the woods or the dog park with her corgi, Buzz.
Jesse Gibbs
Jesse is the marketing and graphic designer guru with experience collaborating with real estate agents, marketing managers, copywriters, web developers, photographers and designers, to translate marketing and brand strategies into elegant solutions for print, social and digital media across multiple markets. She has extensive expertise in successfully creating dynamic marketing collateral under tight deadlines and tight budgets. She consistently strives to offer our clients outstanding customer service, while thinking outside the box and connecting marketing collateral from every angle.
